We are currently experiencing a spike in the cases of COVID-19 and we have remain alert and keep us and our loved ones safe.
1. Avoid unnecessary travel
2. Practice social distancing
3. Eat more healthy food to boost the immune system (this includes coffee by the way)
4. Excercise regularly (get enough sleep too!)
