WHY MATCHA?
Matcha is grown differently and has a different nutrient profile.
Farmers grow the matcha by covering their tea leaves for a span of 20-30 days to avoid direct sunlight.
Once harvested, they are ground finely to the powder which we know most of. The Matcha powder coming directly from the tea leaves.
Just like coffee, the green tea in Matcha form has higher amounts of anti-oxidants and keeps away those free radicals from our system.
