ELIGIBILITY:

1. The (promo name) Promotion is available from November 15, 2021, to January 31,
2022. The promotion is open to all customers with a paper promo card issued by
Cafedelipa. For the purpose of this promotion, each promo cardholder shall be
referred to as a “CDL Promo Cardholder”, and collectively such promo cardholders
shall be referred to as the “CDL Promo Cardholders”. By participating in the
Promotion, Eligible Promo Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.

2. Unless otherwise stated, the promotion is not valid with other promotions.

3. For the Cards to be eligible in this promotion, his/her promo card must be in good
condition, and the stickers must not be transferred or tampered with.

PARTICIPATION:

To participate in the promotion, the customer must request a paper promo card
from any Cafedelipa branch/store during the promo period.

DETAILED SALES PROMO MECHANICS:

The promotion starts on November 15, 2021. Stickers can be collected starting

November 15, 2021 until January 31, 2022.A customer can avail of a paper promo card without any purchase from any
Cafedelipa branches (Cafe de Lipa Origins, CDL Market! Market!, Cafe de Lipa STAR,
Cafe de Lipa LIMA).

-A customer must accumulate (18) to redeem (1) Limited Edition Cafedelipa
Aquaflask Tumbler.

-One (1) sticker will be given for any Cafedelipa beverage purchased in the store.

-(12) stickers must be accumulated from any regular beverage, and (6) stickers must
be accumulated from any Special Christmas Beverage.

-Stickers will be awarded together with the receipt at the date and time of purchase
only. No promo card, no sticker will be strictly implemented across all branches. No
stickers will be released to the customer once the transaction has been completed.

-Purchase made through third-party online delivery partners will not earn a sticker.

-A combination of up to two (2) paper promo cards only will be allowed.

-Once the customer has collected the (18) stickers, the paper promo card/s must be
surrendered in any Cafedelipa branches in exchange for the Limited Edition
Cafedelipa Aquaflask.

The following transactions and discounts are qualified for this promotion:
● Senior Citizen discount
● PWD discount

-Any tampered/transferred stickers will make the whole paper promo card/s
invalid.

-Stickers with slight damages will still be accepted as long as the sticker number
identification is still visible.

-Redemption of the Limited Edition Cafedelipa Aquaflask is from November 15,
2021, to March 31, 2022.

-Limited Edition Cafedelipa Aquaflask is entitled to a one-year (2022) 10% discount
on all beverages. Make sure to bring the Cafedelipa Aquaflask every time you
purchase a beverage from any Cafedelipa branches to avail of the 10% discount.
